As an international transfer student who needed an urgent comprehensive high school evaluation, I’m highly impressed by how efficient and professional FCSA’s service was. I called and emailed them a few times with questions and they promptly answered and were eager to help out. I had selected the three day rush package and they finished my report a day earlier. I had requested them to email my report to the university and they followed through with it as soon as the document was ready. We routinely use FCSA for in-person training for our entire system. If it weren’t for FCSA’s quick evaluation of my foreign degree, I would have forfeited my Fall 2020 admissions. I was sure that other agencies would take time, besides FCSA had already evaluated one of my other degrees, so I gave it a shot and requested FCSA to evaluate my post graduate degree. I found this company from a list of evaluators given by my employer. I looked at the recent and decided to give them a chance. I prepared the necessary documentation and it mailed with the payment Everything was just on time and very very professional.
Before and during the service, I was very glad to connect with the customer representatives and evaluators via e-mails and phone calls. Each time I could reach out to them easily and got satisfying responses in short periods of time. Especially during the COVID period, I am glad that FCSA made things easy for their customers and accepted the scanned documents as well.
I got e-mails to inform and update me during all the steps of the process (arrival of the documents, missing document information, PDF version of the report to be overviewed and approved, mailing and tracking information).
My evaluator was Estella, and she was very helpful and quick during the whole process. She answered all my questions and explained every bit of information I’ve needed. She made the necessary corrections and guided me to find solutions to my questions.
Overall, I am so glad to have used FCSA. The work was meticulous and just on time. I will definitely recommend FCSA to others and if I need any other reports, I will contact with them again.

Can’t complain about anything. The instructions for documents are clear and I was not asked to send anything else. Be organized and make sure you send them original official translations. The timing was also very good, not even 2 weeks without rush service. Mailed in from San Antonio. So happy, I ordered an extra copy (only 25 bucks) for job seeking, wish me luck.
Ps. I’d recommend scanning all documents before sending them for revalidation, that way you can email them to school ahead of time so they can start the review.

I needed a detailed evaluation of my transcripts for a teacher certification program. I sent in all the information via email and FCSA processed my request. I paid extra for the rush delivery and had my evaluation delivered in 3 days. The evaluation had a typo on the date awarded of my master’s degree and I contacted the FCSA for it to be corrected. They refunded my rush fee and sent me the corrected evaluation within 2 days.
